The small molecules we screen come from multiple sources both external and internal, including small libraries and individual compounds synthesized in our lab. In addition, during the process of making molecules to support our chemical biology studies, particularly work on new small-molecule probes of cell migration and related studies, we have also explored new synthetic methodology.
